About Pastor Mike Joy

Pastor Michael Joy (Mike Joy) is an anointed, appointed, dynamic deliverer of the word of GOD! Pastor Joy is the 4th of five children born to the late Jim Joy Jr. and Pastor Doris A. Joy. In February 2011, GOD placed Pastor Joy into the position of Sr. servant of Temple Of Judah Apostolic Ministries (T.O.J.A.M). Pastor Joy has been called by GOD to teach and preach the life changing Word of GOD. Pastor Joy often states the T.O.J.A.M motto “Our church is the one place where you can PRAISE GOD freely and experience the Presence, Power, & Glory of GOD. Pastor Joy was ordained and licensed to teach & preach the Word of GOD under the leadership of Sr. Pastor Elder Rod Vaughn at New Abundant Life Ministries where he served as Youth Pastor and Chief Armor Bearer for 7 years. On a personal note, Pastor Joy is married to his GOD sent helpmate Ebony Walk-Joy, he is also a veteran of the U.S Navy in which he reached the rank of E-5 he was discharged with all honorably marks. Pastor Joy is also the founder of the mentor program geared at high risk youth (young men) called Tied Together Inc. (non-profit 501 c3)

As Pastor his desire is to preach/teach the people of GOD the changing POWER of GOD’S Word. The Bible states in (2 Tim. 4:2) and shepherd God’s people so that they will know the gospel that saves (Rom. 1:6; 1Cor. 15:3-4), that they would grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Pet. 3:18) that they may be found complete in Christ (Col. 1:28) and that their desire would be to “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, & Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you….(Matt. 28:19-20) Yes, the challenges of ministry are many, but the eternal joys are incomparable!!! GLORY BE TO GOD!!!!
